Frequently asked questions
How do I book a table?
Choose your city, date, lunch or dinner seating and the number of guests, then confirm with your name, phone and email. Your booking is confirmed immediately and a confirmation with your reference number is emailed to you.
Do I need to pay when I book?
No. There is no prepayment and no booking fee. You pay at the restaurant.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes. All buffet prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. Alcohol, where it is served, is charged separately, with government taxes as applicable.
How are children charged?
Children under five eat free. Children from five to ten pay half the buffet price. Guests above ten are charged as adults.
How long can we stay?
Each seating is two hours: lunch at 12:00 or 2:00 PM, dinner at 7:00 or 9:00 PM. Your table is held for 15 minutes past the start of your seating; after that we may release it.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Call or email the restaurant with your booking reference and we will change or cancel it for you.
We are more than 30 people. Can we book online?
Online booking is for up to 30 guests. For larger groups, corporate events and celebrations, send us a private dining enquiry and our events team will plan it with you.
Is there enough for vegetarians?
Yes. Every live station carries vegetarian dishes, and vegetarian guests pay the lower veg buffet price.

There is no bar at Masterpiece Gachibowli.

Is alcohol served?
Yes. Masterpiece Bangalore has a bar, Tentacle & Tonic, and its bar menu can be downloaded from the Buffet page. Drinks are charged separately from the buffet, with government taxes as applicable, and served only to guests of legal drinking age.
