Terms and conditions

Bookings

• Online bookings are for parties of up to 30 guests. Larger groups are arranged through our events team.
• A booking is confirmed when you see a booking reference on screen. A confirmation is also emailed to the address you give.
• No prepayment is taken online. The bill is settled at the restaurant.
• Your table is held for 15 minutes past the start of your seating. After that we may release it to waiting guests.
• Each seating lasts two hours unless the restaurant tells you otherwise.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, contact the restaurant with your booking reference. We may cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, such as a private event or an unforeseen closure, and will tell you by email as soon as we can.

Prices and offers

• All buffet prices shown on this website include applicable taxes. Alcohol, where it is served, is charged separately, with government taxes as applicable.
• Estimated totals shown while booking are a guide based on the guests entered. The final bill reflects what is served and ordered on the day.
• Offers apply only on the days, seatings and party sizes stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or changed.
• Children under five eat free; children aged five to ten pay half the buffet price; guests above ten are charged as adults.
• Where alcohol is served, it is served only to guests of legal drinking age and is charged separately.
