Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Masterpiece collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It applies to our restaurants in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

What we collect

• When you book a table: your name, mobile number and email address, the date, seating and number of guests, any occasion or notes you add, and any offer you choose.
• When you send an enquiry or feedback: your name, mobile number, email address, and the details you choose to give us, such as company, event date, number of guests and your message.
• When you browse: if analytics is enabled, anonymous usage information such as pages visited and whether a booking was completed. We do not send your name, phone number or email to analytics.
• Your city choice: a small cookie remembers which city you last selected so the booking panel opens for that city.

Why we collect it

• To confirm, manage and honour your booking, and to contact you about it — for example if a seating has to change.
• To respond to your enquiry or feedback.
• To understand how many bookings come through this website, in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately agree.

Who can see it

Your booking and enquiry details are available only to the restaurant team for the city you booked or enquired with, and to the service providers who host this website and send its emails on our behalf, under contract.

How long we keep it

We keep your name, mobile number, email and notes for 12 months after your booking date (or after your enquiry). After that they are permanently erased. We keep a record of the booking without any personal details — date, seating, number of guests — for business reporting.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. You can also raise a grievance with us, and if we do not resolve it, with the Data Protection Board of India.
